INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA FOR CUSTOMERS

In general

As part of our fulfillment of the incoming agreement between you as a customer and our company Volff Merchandising / Aupairagent.dk by Karina Volff Pedersen, CVR.no. 27109993 we collect personal information about you.

In this document we describe our guidelines for processing personal data in connection with our fulfillment of our agreement.

The guidelines have been prepared on the basis of the EU Data Protection Regulation, which will take effect in Denmark from May 25, 2018, as well as the new Danish data protection law, which supplements the rules in the Data Protection Regulation and the current Personal Data Act (collectively "current legislation").

In the following, we have described what information is collected, including how the information is processed, what it is used for, who has access to the information, and who you can contact, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the information collected.

Which personal information is collected

We ask for your regular contact information when you enter into an agreement with us. It is primarily information such as name, address, postal code, telephone and mobile phone number, e-mail, CPR number of all household members, BBR information about your home, etc. Information regarding the name, address, etc. of shares and / or limited liability companies. does not relate to a natural person and is therefore not covered by the Personal Data Regulation.

The personal data we collect is used to identify you as a customer and to provide the services you have purchased from us under our agreement.

The personal data that we collect in connection with the fulfillment of our agreement will be stored in our IT system and / or in a physical register.

How long do we store personal data

The storage of personal data depends on how long your agreement with us runs.

When you buy a product or service from us, we need your personal data for application and documentation until the delivered goods or service has been delivered and paid eye any withdrawal period has expired.

Under the current contractual relationship, the information we collect about you and your business is kept in our IT system, and the personal information is archived.

Your personal data will, as a rule, be stored by us for a period of 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the material relates. If the agreement with you, for example. has expired November 2017, we are obliged under applicable rules to keep the information until the earliest end of 2022, as our financial year follows the calendar year. When personal information is no longer relevant and we are not obliged to keep them, we! all personal information about you and your family will be deleted.

What we use personal information for

The personal information we collect about you and your family in connection with the fulfillment of our agreement is used primarily for ordinary customer administration, including for example to fulfill the agreement you have entered into with us, the delivery of goods and / or services and the transmission of invoice.

The information will in principle not be passed on to third parties. However, your regular contact information may be passed on to our partners if we need their assistance in fulfilling the agreement.

Other disclosure is permitted only if applicable legislation allows, exceptionally, the disclosure of personal data.

The right to access your personal data

As a customer of ours, you have the right to receive our confirmation that personal data concerning you are processed and, if so, access to the registered personal data.

You are also entitled to request and receive personal information about yourself that you have submitted to us (data portability). You are also entitled to object to our processing of your personal information.

The right to correct your personal information

You have the right to get inaccurate personal information and yourself corrected by us without undue delay.

The right to delete your personal information

You have the right to have your personal information deleted by us without undue delay if we do not continue to have a legitimate interest in keeping your personal information.

However, we would like to point out that if we are required by law to keep the information, you cannot demand that your personal data be deleted.

Protection of personal data

Under applicable law, your personal information must be kept secure and confidential. We store the personal information in our IT system.

Our security measures are continually checked to determine whether our processing of personal data is handled properly and taking into account your rights as a customer.

Changes in the processing of personal data

We reserve the right to store and modify these guidelines for the processing of personal data.

If the guidelines are changed, the date of the guidelines update will be corrected. These guidelines are evaluated and, if necessary, once a year.

In case of significant changes in connection with the fulfillment of our agreement, we will notify you in the form of a supplement to our agreement.
